As you probably know, Google never makes a mistake and this time we of course know they are right.
A lot of new companies sign up with SimplyBook.me every single week. Most of them come to us because a friend was talking about us, but many also come because they were searching for a good online booking solution. It now seems that Google has come to the conclusion that SimplyBook.me is one of the top booking systems in the world as it ranks us number 2 for the search term “Best booking system online”. If you add to the mix that we also have the best pricing we are certainly at the top !

A second best? To be the best you guys need to get your heads together and figure out how to integrate real PayPal functionality. PayPal allows non-PayPal users to make a payment via Credit Card. It’s just a matter of you changing the PayPal landing page that you use. Your current landing page limits transactions to PayPal accounts only. We can’t force everyone to open a PayPal account just so they can book an appointment. 90% of our potential clients will not proceed through this step. You are a step away from adding something like this “Our solution can be used to accept all major Credit Cards”… You are also a step away from loosing your ranking, if someone else will do it first… This is a critical feature for e-commerce. A hint, when looking at PayPal integration options, look at Buttons. Buttons allow payments to be made via Credit Card. We can’t use your solution fully until there is a way to accept Credit Cards. 🙁

We agree that the PayPal landing page is not obvious for all but as we have set it up it can be selected to use credit cards as well as PayPal. For the fun of it, we entered your email into our Paypal plugin in the demo system and then purchased a service in our demo DB.

So you can see this is already solved a long time ago but we still need to add other payment systems as well for those who prefer not to use PayPal at all.
