Group bookings have landed !

You can now accept group bookings

Many companies need to be able to accept both individuals as well as group bookings or sometimes even only groups. Group bookings differ from multiple bookings because they have only one “group leader” that makes the booking but books for many others at the same time. If the payment module is used at the same time, the system will require payment for every one in the group. If needed the additional fields plug-in can be used to ask for names of other parties in the group. Examples of companies that can use this type of bookings are:

• Travel service companies that accept groups and individuals i.e sight seeing tours
• Paint ball, Lazer tag etc
• Any service rents equipment per groups
• Services that accept family bookings and have limited space

To start to accept group bookings, all you need to do is to go in to our plug-in section, and activate the group bookings plug-in.

Remember to set your group booking email confirmation, and reminder text as needed from plug-in settings.
