Better control of messages to clients and performers

We did a small upgrade on the function where one sets the sms and email reminders to clients and performers. There is now added control and  all messages can be individually either turned off to send or turned on.

On create = When a new booking is created

On cancel = When a booking is cancelled

On change = When booing time or date is changed by admin

Reminder = Reminder that is sent out specific time before booking starts
