Can I accept deposits when clients book an appointment ?

This is a very common question to us and fortunately the answer is fortunately a simple YES ! The procedure to accept deposits is as follows:

Activate the Payment plugin.

Go to services, you set the price amount equal to the deposit amount.

Go to Settings // Custom translation and find the word “Price” and change this to “Deposit”.

In the service description you then write the full price that client will pay when he arrives on place.

The word Deposit may not appear in all booking templates. It is important to explain in service description what the full price is.

Your client will see this when making a booking.
