System update – make any service recurring and more

We are constantly striving to make our software better and this morning we did an update. Some things you will remark while others you might not remark, but will however make your experience better. The things that you will remark and will definitely be useful and make both your experience and your clients experience better are:

• New confirmation page, allowing clients to add bookings directly to various calendars
• System users can now easily make any event recurring, directly in booking process

If we now first look at new confirmation page, you can see on image below what clients will see after they confirm their booking.

And if they click to add to calendar button, they will see a large selection of possible calendars.

Additionally we have now added into dashboard that users can easily make any service recurring while they are creating the appointment. This can be useful in many circumstances. The user only needs to click “Make Recurring”, and then he gets a selection where he can choose the interval between appointments. This is selectable to be in weekly intervals. The user then chooses how often this appointment should happen into the future. Lets take example that client should come back in same time every 2 weeks, 5 times, then user only needs to set it to Happens every 2 weeks, and then to 5 times. There is also selector to chose what happens if this time is already booked by someone else and what should happen then. First, the whole series of bookings can be stopped, secondly they can be added, but only at available times, thirdly they can be added to only available times, and then longer into the future, when there is available times.
