Android client app – launch

We have now released an app for android for clients of SimplyBook.me users. All clients that visit user’s pages in a mobile device will be offered this app either as an android or as an iOS app, whatever suits better. This is only first version of the android app and we aim to release an updated app with more features in the fall.

After the client install the app and opens it, he can do a search for the company he wants to book with and put this company in bookmarks for quicker way to book in the feature.

Find the service provider and add to favorites

After the company is found it can be added to favorites list for quicker booking later.

The rest of the process is similar to when clients book using the booking pages but just in a mobile environment.

Clients select a category, service and provider.

One of the things that is still needed to be done is to accept payments, but for service providers accepting payments, the clients are directed to mobile website where they can do the booking and make payments. Locations and recurring bookings is another thing that is not implemented in this version of the app but will be included in the next version.
