Live help extended to cover 17 hours

As a part of increasing the service for our users we are now covering about 17 hours per day during the work week. On weekends we answer tickets sporadically but you can normally expect an answer within 1-12 hours.
Our service hours cover USA opening hours from very early morning hours and through out the day until evening. For those of you on the west coast, try to meet up with our live help before late afternoon hours (4.00pm). Even if no one is available in live help, you can still submit your question concerning the appointment booking system and you should get responded to within a few hours.

HI, We wanted to know if you can add packages so we can combine 2 or more services into one package but each provider has a different time duration of each service. For example: If a client choose 2 services, one service maybe be for 30 minutes and the second service may be for only 15 minutes. We would want the client to be able to choose a package that includes more than one service and book it without it blocking out only one time from for all service providers.

You have 2 possibilities: 1. Create special services that include more than one service, extend duration and clients can directly select and book this service. 2. Activate the Multiple bookings plugin, and clients can choose to book more services before checkout.

No need to login, they get link where they see this and if they use the client app, it will be always at hand.
