Multiple locations – No problem !
You can now activate the Multiple locations plugin to create many locations for your company. Each location can relate to employees working at that location. The plugin is extremely easy to use, and remember to upload a photo for each location if you have it to to make the booking process look even nicer for your clients.
After activating the Location plugin in the Plugins section, go to Manage // Service performers.
Select to create new location.
You can add new performers in to each location by pressing the button Add performer.
Press the button to Manage locations and order to select what employee works in which location, and order the employees within each location.
Press the button Edit service and performers connections to relate services to each employee in each location as not all employees do the same things.
Have fun with our new Location based booking plugin !

I am having trouble with the two locations. When you go to the booking site and select the default location, you get the services that are linked to that location, category, and service providers. But when you go to the second location that is not the default, you have two categories to choose from, the one that is linked with the default and the one that is linked with the second category. Is there any way to eliminate this? I don’t want people to get confused and book services that are not linked to that location. I am not sure why the booking site is allowing that, since I have each category linked with only one location.

Remember that service performers relate to locations, and also to services. So only relate the relevant services to employees in each locations and then this should all work fine. You can do this in the drag and drop interface that you can find in Manage // Services and there click on link to manage relations.

Hi, I am having trouble with the automated emails with this plugin. I have set the locations of each of the service performers, but I cannot seem to set up the emails so that there is a template variable informing my clients of the location they chose. This is very inconvenient for me, as I want to ensure that their location is also confirmed in an email automatically. Is there a way I can fix this? Thanks!

The only way here is to make reference in the service performers names according to each location, like John@location1, Sarah@location2

Hi is there a way to prevent double booking of staff and location on the same day?
admin
If provider is set to accept only one client at same, then double bookings are impossible.

I would like to active the pluggin, but I do not want that the user have to chose the location (as it is on step 1, when the pluggin is actived). In my case, it doesn’t make sens. The user need to chose a service, a date-time, and then the location will be display, as a parameter of the service provider. Any idea?

You can use Additional fields plugin and allow clients to select location there in drop-down, but if same provider is at different times in different locations, you need to create him as 2 providers and set times accordingly.
