• New tutorial videos on our blog! Just to get you going, we have created plenty of video tutorials! They do though not get into the deepest settings of the system as there are so many, but should be enough to get the basic understanding. http://blog.simplybook.me/video-tutorials-online-videos-to-set-up-booking-system/
• Live help! You can now access live help during most of the opening hours to help you setting up the system but remark that we are based in Europe so it may mean morning, or evening hours depending on where you are based in the world. As we are not huge company or with endless funds, we may not always be there but we try to be as often as we can.

New Features !

Any employee feature

If there is several service providers/units working at your workplace, you can allow your clients to select “Any employee/unit” and then can choose a date and they will only see the opening hours corresponding to those who are available on that day and still have openings.  As many of you know, this may not exactly be a new feature but we have enhanced it as we got some good feedback on how to do it better. The enhanced version is now presented as a plugin as it requires considerable processor usage. If you want to use this Any employee option, go to plugins section and activate the plugin. You can then go to Manage // Service performers and write text or change the name of this any employee.

Group bookings

The group bookings module allows your clients to book many places at the same time. This is great for activity bookings for example where families or groups need to book, and can then book the whole family at the same time instead of having to do it multiple times.

Rewards

Most of our clients come to us because users like you tell others. Now you and those who come your way can both get rewarded with SMS packs. If you refer a user that upgrades, then you will get 50 free SMS but that is not all, because your friend will also get 50 free SMS. Refer 5 friends who provide services and get 250 SMS for free. You can go to Tariffs and Rewards to find your referral link.
